Selected work

Shipped product

Real systems in production — starting with a personal product built to solve a concrete local problem.

  • AvePost

    Hyper-local posts for your neighborhood

    Problem

Neighborhood news often moves faster than citywide outlets — a lost pet, a street closure, a market on the block. People needed a simple way to post and find what matters nearby.

    Approach

Designed and built AvePost end to end: location-scoped feeds, a clear posting flow, and a product surface focused on proximity over virality.

    • Location-aware feed

Live demos

Three working sites. Three levels of the stack.

Start with a marketing site and a domain — the owner still runs the business. Add sales, payments, and email when product needs a cart. Or take the full system, where booking and the back office live on the same site.

  • Simplest offering

    Marketing site + domain

An event rental company, with a site and their own name.

Public pages and DNS only. Tables, tents, and lighting on the site — the owner takes calls and runs the book themselves. No booking software, payments, or back office in this demo.

    • Owner-run operations

    eventrental.romantox.com

A site they can send. A name they own.

    • Services, photos, and a way to get in touch — nothing the owner does not already handle.
    • Lives on their domain, with DNS and HTTPS set up.
    • They manage bookings, inventory, and payment off the site.
  • Commerce

    Online sales, payments, and email

A clothing brand that sells and takes payment on the site.

Catalog, cart, and checkout — plus order emails. No booking calendar or back-office crew software. The brand sells product; the owner still handles fulfillment.

    • Email

    onlinesales.romantox.com

Browse, bag, pay. Confirm in the inbox.

    • Customers shop drops and sizes in a cart, then pay on the same site.
    • Checkout charges the tally — no hand-off to a generic payment page.
    • Order confirmations go out by email. Shipping and stock stay with the owner.
  • All in

    Full business management

A landscaping company, running on the full system.

The full package as a working site: public pages, booking, payments, sales, and the shop’s back office — built as if it belonged to a landscaping crew.

    • Marketing site
    • Booking
    • Payments
    • Online sales
    • Email & texts
    • Back office

    landscaping.romantox.com

Site, book, get paid, run the crew.

    • Customers book lawn, bed, and tree work on the public calendar.
    • Deposits and invoices run through checkout on the same site.
    • The owner sees the day’s jobs, clients, and outstanding balances.

Services

Capabilities

Focused engineering for teams that need software shipped with clarity — accelerated where AI helps, deliberate where judgment matters.

Packages and pricing
  • Product engineering

From brief to production: architecture, implementation, and the polish that makes software feel finished.

  • Platforms & APIs

Systems that stay coherent as teams and traffic grow — clear boundaries, reliable interfaces, room to evolve.

  • Frontend systems

Interfaces that are fast, accessible, and intentional — the part of the product people actually live in.

  • AI-enhanced delivery

AI-assisted workflows compress research, scaffolding, and iteration — shorter timelines without cutting corners on architecture or review.

Approach

Engagement model

A direct partnership: fewer status rituals, more shipped software, and clear ownership from kickoff through release.

  1. 01

    Discover

Align on the problem, constraints, and success criteria before production code lands.

  2. 02

    Design

Shape architecture and experience together — decisions that keep delivery fast without painting into a corner.

  3. 03

    Build

Implement in tight loops with AI-assisted velocity — ship increments, keep quality visible, and protect the decisions that matter.

  4. 04

    Evolve

Measure what shipped, harden the edges, and keep iterating as the product and the market move.
